Reid Cooper is an experienced ITSM professional with more than 20 years of diversified IT experience in Fortune 500 companies. His background includes IT process measurement and improvement, software development, information security, network management and data center management in both US domestic and international environments.
Recent accomplishments include defining, staffing and leading the implementation and follow on start up operations of ITIL processes in a Fortune 100 company.
In addition to ITIL Foundation and three Practitioner certifications, Reid also earned the ITIL V2 Service Manager and V3 ITIL Expert certifications. He also possesses an MBA from Xavier University and a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
